作者介紹 Anna BoglioneFrom the Italian Alps to London’s Petersham Nurseries, the Boglione family’s restaurant and garden centre, Anna’s upbringing was permeated by nature. Later in life a disconnect from the natural world caused Anna digestive issues, affecting her physical and mental health. This spurred her to research holistic practises and nutrition and learn about food systems. She launched The Gut, a food and wellness platform which encourages healthy living, in balance with nature.
